We often receive enquiries from department stores and retailers, however not all of them are suitable for us to pursue.

One that was involved a large distribution group operating in over 40 countries.

As the retail scene changed dramatically after the lockdown they approached us to source new suppliers of FMCG for their Asian network.

We introduced some excellent snack and cooking oil manufacture that somehow they had not dealt with before.

In this case we simply acted as buyers agent and got out of the way once they had done a few shipments as retail margins dont warrant our ongoing involvement.

The same company also asked us to help with product from China, however eventually this did not make sense and we directed them to a Chinese colleague.
